SAVAGEARS X ONE PIECE is an official collaboration with one of the most enduring stories in modern culture, built around a single idea: freedom is taken, not given.
The release carries the Jolly Roger and the Gear 5 awakening into our functional design language, made for everyday wear from city life to training rounds.
A Story That Began in 1997
Eiichiro Oda began serializing ONE PIECE in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1997. The anime followed in 1999. Nearly three decades later it stands as the best selling manga series of all time, with more than 600 million copies in circulation worldwide, and a Guinness World Record for the most copies published for a single comic series by one author.
Numbers explain the scale. They do not explain the hold. What holds is the premise. A crew that chooses each other. A captain who refuses to be owned. A horizon that keeps moving.

Why SAVAGEARS X ONE PIECE
Some symbols travel. The Jolly Roger is one of them. It repeats without shouting, reads at distance, and carries meaning before it carries decoration.
That is close to how we design. Restraint over volume. Repetition over noise. A mark that earns its place on the piece rather than taking it.
SAVAGEARS X ONE PIECE is the meeting point of those two instincts.
The Gear 5 Awakening

Gear 5 is not a power up in the ordinary sense. It is a release. A form defined by freedom rather than force, arriving with a laugh instead of a threat.
The piece is built around that reading. Deep violet in place of the expected red. An emblem given weight and space. Presence without aggression.
SAVAGEARS X ONE PIECE Design Language

– Palette: deep violet, tonal, low contrast throughout.
– Iconography: an embroidered Gear 5 emblem above a classic logo patch, both placed to work within the silhouette rather than dominate it.
– Construction: 900D Oxford fabric, clean geometry, premium zippers.
– Detail: a Jolly Roger zipper pull and an all over flag print that reveals itself up close.
In the Details
The piece rewards a closer look. The print runs edge to edge in two tones of violet. The Gear 5 emblem is fully embroidered rather than printed. The logo patch sits raised against the fabric. The zipper pull is moulded, not stamped.
These are the parts that are felt daily rather than seen once.
The First Release
SAVAGEARS X ONE PIECE opens with a single piece.
ONE PIECE Gear 5 Luffy Backpack. Full Jolly Roger print in deep violet, embroidered Gear 5 emblem, One Piece logo patch, and a streamlined profile with considered pocketing for daily carry.
