When are commissions paid out?
Approved commissions are paid at the end of each calendar month, provided your balance is at least $100. Commissions enter a 30 day hold period from the sale date to account for shipping and the 14 day refund window before they are approved.
How is the tier rate calculated?
Tiers are based on your monthly net sales and reset on the first of each calendar month. When you cross a threshold within a month, the higher rate applies retroactively to every sale in that month, not just the sales above the threshold.
What payout methods do you support?
PayPal and international bank wire transfer. You choose your preferred method when you set up your payout details inside the partner dashboard.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
Commissions are only paid on qualified sales, meaning sales where the customer received the product and did not request a refund within the 14 day window. If a refund is processed during the hold period, the related commission is voided automatically.
Which traffic sources are not allowed?
Popunder, clickunder, cookie stuffing, brand keyword bidding, unsolicited spam, incentivized cashback traffic without approval, and bot traffic. The full list lives in the affiliate terms.
How long does the cookie last?
30 days from the click. If a customer clicks your link and purchases anytime within that window, the sale is attributed to you, using last click attribution.
